Know what a car needs before you quote the windscreen job, not after you've started it

For independent mobile windscreen fitters who find out a car needs ADAS calibration only once they're already under the glass — missing it from the quote, or turning up without the right equipment.

Founding members get early access and a locked-in founding price.

Sound familiar?

What people are putting up with today

  • Whether a windscreen replacement needs a static, dynamic or scan-only recalibration afterwards depends on the exact make, model, year and which safety systems are built in — and that's usually invisible until the fitter is already on-site.

  • Getting it wrong means a quote that's short by a few hundred dollars, a return visit, or an insurer query over a claim that didn't mention calibration at all.

  • A data product already sells exactly this vehicle-by-vehicle answer to the industry, and a separate US-built reference tool for repairers states plainly that checking this before the job is mandatory — but neither is built for a small independent operator pricing one job at a time.

How Precal works

Precal turns one rego into a short report within minutes: which ADAS systems the car has, what kind of recalibration the job will trigger, and a suggested amount to add to the quote — checked by someone who does the lookup so the fitter doesn't have to interpret a database themselves. Pay per report, priced the way a fitter already prices a job.

  1. 01

Submit the rego before you quote the job.

  2. 02

Within minutes, get back which ADAS systems the car has and what calibration type it'll need.

  3. 03

Add the right amount to the quote up front — pay per report, never a locked-in subscription.
